GUYS! IT’S NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE TIME! I have been loving, breathing, and living for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year! The pieces picked for this year’s sale are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve put together a compilation of my favorite pieces in each category! Once I get in all of the stuff I ordered, if there is enough interest, I can do another post trying everything on and giving better reviews! But, for now, have fun shopping these lovely pieces!

Stocking up on new, cozy sweaters might be favorite part of the anniversary sale! There is nothing better than throwing on a warm, oversized sweater in the Fall! Here I tried to choose a variety of different types of sweaters so they’re truly unique and I’m not just wasting money on the same old thing. I picked up a couple cropped sweaters, the light blue Free People one & the light purple Leith wrap sweater. I’m also loving the color-block sweaters here, one neutral one from BP and a colorful one from Topshop. Lastly, I chose some neutral sweaters with unique details like the balloon sleeves on the white BP sweater and a fold over neckline on the Trouve sweater.
DENIM / PANTS:

As far as denim goes, again, I wanted to try and pick one or two staples and then branch out to try really unique pieces that I don’t have in my wardrobe. For the staples, I chose the AG Legging Jeans and a pair of Good American Good Legs jeans. These are the two most expensive pairs of pants shown here, but if you’re going to splurge on anything, it’s better to on your staple pieces. As for the fun stuff, I DIED over these Caslon camo utility pants. I also added in a super cute straight cut cropped pair from BlankNYC and a button-up denim from Madewell. Lastly, I’ve been dying to get my hands on some of the Spanx faux leather leggings, so I had to include them here.

The cardigans and outerwear is HUGE this year on the sale. Everyone is freaking out over this Topshop cable knit cardigan, and I don’t blame them. I love it in this mauve-pink color! Another splurge I think is worth it is this gorgeous BlankNYC Suede Moto Jacket–I mean, come on, that is just too cute. I added in a staple cardigan with the Leith Cocoon Cardigan, but then went back to some fun stuff with the Free People Maroon Cardigan (omg this looks so cozy) and the Caslon Sherling Jacket.
SHOES:

Shoes are one of my absolute favorite things to shop for EVER and boy, does the Nordstrom sale have some good ones! First of all, I HAD to include these adorable Vince Camuto over-the-knee boots. I spent all of last Fall looking for taupe over-the-knee boots and could never find any that I loved until now! I also fell in love with these Steve Madden snakeskin mules. The BP blush mules seem to be a fan favorite this year and will probably sell out quickly, so snag them while you can! Some other favorites are the lovelyMarc Fisher sandal heels & the Tory Burch sandals. I picked up a new pair of Nike Free Runs in a really pretty color unlike anything I own! Lastly, those black Marc Fisher Chelsea Boots are to die for. Such a statement and a splurge, but oh, so worth it!
TOPS / DRESSES:

As for tops, I suggest picking up some basics to start like this BP raw-edge tee or the BP ribbed V-neck. Another staple I think EVERYONE could use is this adorable BP lace trim cami. It comes in white, black, the forest green you see here, and a nice pink/red color. Once you’re done with basics, check out the amazing floral patterned tops like the black & orange Topshop blouse and the tie-front Billabong blouse. As far as dresses, there isn’t a whole lot that I am dying to get my hands on. I do really love this emerald Nordstrom shift dress, though.
